BE BABY CONFIDENT PROGRAMME

Breastfeeding preparation that translates into something meaningful after birth.

Don't let breastfeeding be the reason you miss those magical moments. Let it be the reason you don't. Know what you want, know what you're looking at,

and know what to do when your baby arrives.

You still don't feel confident...

You want to breastfeed and you're putting in the hours learning and preparing for it but something is missing. Everything online talks about the 'perfect latch' or 'formula is fine too'... but where to do learn what to do at 3am when nothing is working.

Pain. No sleep. Cluster feeding. Supply. Weight loss. Tongue ties. Pumping. Bottles. Nipple shields. Worrying whether your baby's getting enough. You feel tired just thinking about it.

And every day your baby's arrival creeps a little closer and you genuinely don't know what you'll do if it doesn't work.

"I just want to be able to look at a situation, know what I'm looking at and go... 'here's what's happening and this is what I'm going to do."

You don't need it to be perfect and you're open to doing what's best for your baby, you just need to know how to bring the best to the table.

“I think what I really want is to feel like myself. like someone who is capable and considered and makes good decisions, who is also a mum feeding a baby. not someone who has completely dissolved and doesn't know anything anymore”

You know all the bits of information about latching your baby but what if they don't do 'what they're supposed to do?'. You know how often they are meant to feed but what if they don't want to feed or don't want to stop feeding, is it ok? How do you know? What tells you one way or another that things are ok or not?

"I want something that makes all of it click into a thing

I can actually use"

You want to meet those hard breastfeeding moments, unwitnessed, alone usually in the middle of the night when no-one is around, knowing with confidence, that you're ok. More importantly that your baby is ok and you've got this.

You want to be able to stop yourself spiralling and catastrophising because you have the calm clarity to know how to tell that things are working, that your baby is getting milk or simply how to stop things escalating. Or that you need to get help urgently.

Without this understanding, everything feels like an emergency you need to rush to A&E for or it could be worse, you could feel so confident that you're blissfully unaware that things aren't so great.

Being able to know when to react and respond will remove a lot of weight off your shoulders you probably weren't even aware you've been carrying.

You don't want all the answers, just the really important ones that reassure you or alert you in time, without unnecessary fear.

"I don't want someone to just tell me what to do. I want to understand what's actually happening so I can figure it out myself when I'm alone with my baby"

THE SOLUTION YOU'VE ACTUALLY BEEN LOOKING FOR

The Be Baby Confident Programme

Teaches you how how to interpret the big and small signals your baby gives you, so that you can decide whether to keep doing what you are, how to improve it or change it so that feeding your baby gets better and better.

And what you're learning doesn't stop being useful when the programme ends. As your baby changes, you'll have a way to look at what's happening, work out what it might mean and decide what to do next — rather than feeling like every new feeding stage sends you back to the beginning.

What's included in the Be Baby Confident Programme?

Part One - Know what you want.

You know you want to breastfeed. But what do you actually want that to look like for you, your baby and your life?

In part one, you'll turn that idea into your own breastfeeding plan. You'll work out what matters to you, what you want to achieve and what you can put in place to make it happen.

But you're making this plan before you've met your baby, before you know what feeding will actually look like.

So it isn't something you make once and put away. It's something you'll return to as you learn, adjusting your route without losing sight of where you want to go.

When your baby arrives, your plan becomes your map. You'll know where you wanted to go, recognise when things aren't quite heading in that direction and have somewhere to start when deciding what to change.

You're not planning for the perfect feed.

You're planning for the life you want to live.

Part Two - Know what you're looking for.

When you look at your baby's feeding pattern, their weight and their poops... will you know if it's ok to leave them sleeping longer at night?

Where do you keep the endless tips, hacks, 'expert insights' preparing for motherhood, feeling like you're right back at school getting ready for an exam that nobody really seems to know how to prepare you for?

Please step my classroom where you learn how every little thing connects. From the very first day, the things that influence how feeds go, how your baby behaves, how your body and supply behaves and how to stand in the centre of it call and maintain control.

Because here's the thing I've learnt after 30 years and nearly 15 000 families... everything is connected and when you know what to look for and at, you quickly see the missing link or challenge point.

Whether you breastfeed exclusively or mixing it up, this is the one thing that will help you feel ready to feed your baby.

Part Three - Know what to do.

You've learnt so much, it feels like you have a first degree in breastfeeding. Yet you still don't actually know what do first if it doesn't work despite all the prep.

You'll learn the tools for the moments most mums worry about. The sleepy baby who won't wake. The days it feels like there's no milk. The breast so full you can't get her on. The mornings the flow comes fast, and the afternoons you feel empty. And the moment you decide to change something and make the day yours again.

The three phases you meet here don't disappear after day ten. You'll recognise the same patterns again and again throughout your feeding journey. Learn to recognise them now and you'll know what to do when they turn up later.

Master the first ten days and you've laid the foundation for everything that follows.

THE PROGRAMME

One programme. Three stages. Six weeks.

Be Baby Confident is designed to build gradually, one small piece at a time, so you don't have to cram breastfeeding preparation into a 2 hour class, a weekend or have to find endless hours for a course you just don't have.

Inside Be Baby Confident you get:

Three frameworks, three weeks of preparation, with twice the time to work through it and me + Mabel (your AI preparation coach) alongside you for the full six weeks.

  • Your six weeks begin when you join

  • Everything organised into workbooks and yours to keep

  • 3 Frameworks - PLANNER → IMREADY → TENDAYS to make learning each part easier

  • Low time commitment - just a few minutes each day, by email

  • Mabel on hand throughout - day and night

  • Live group Q&A with me: Saturdays 10–11am (Bring your partner so you have proper support)

Need something little more personal. Message me and I'll walk you through the Express option if you're short on time or the Bespoke option to get more hands on time with me.

A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE

Build onto what you already know

Your baby may not be here yet, but we already have plenty to work with... your body, your pregnancy, your history and what we’re learning about your baby.

These are your knowns. And each one gives us something solid to build on.

So rather than trying to prepare for every possibility, we use what we know about you and your baby to work out what you need to plan, what you need to learn and what can wait.

The more knowns we create now,

the fewer unknowns you’ll be navigating when your baby arrives.

Geraldine Miskin has spent 30 years and nearly 15,000 feeding journeys developing the Miskin Method®, MumBo™ and other frameworks to create

a way of understanding and explaining feeding that makes sense.

She's a published author, an internationally recognised feeding specialist, lecturer and the reason mums who've tried everything else finally get their answer.

She created Be Baby Confident after seeing first hand the gap between current preparation and outcomes despite mums doing the work and set out to change that for you and mums like you.
